Before setting up SoCool, make sure to remove all packing materials including the ones that can be easy to miss.

• Look under the plastic bowl
  
• Check around the legs and base
  
• Make sure no foam or inserts remain inside or underneath
  

Fur Filters = Happy Device

There are two fur filters under SoCool that keep debris and fur out of the fan and motor, helping maintain efficient cooling.

Clean them at least once a month, or sooner if they appear clogged. Keeping them clear helps SoCool run quietly and stay cool longer.
