SoCool™ Refrigerated Smart Feeder is currently available for customers in the Contiguous United States.
9-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty
We offer a 9-month warranty covering manufacturer defects. Support during this period includes:
- One on one troubleshooting assistance can be requested via support@happyllamatech.com.
- Repair services.
- Replacements (subject to approval).
If your device has a manufacturer defect:
- A replacement device will be shipped immediately after pre-approval.
- You must return the defective device using the provided return label.
Return Policy for Non-Warranty Items
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee:
Currently waived.
Refund Process:
Once the returned device is inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
Return Condition Requirement
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging, including the box and protective interior foam used for shipment. Without the original packaging, we’re unable to safely transport or resell returned units, and unfortunately cannot accept those returns.
